1951年以后,鞍钢生铁的含硫量普遍升高,时常有超过规格上限的现象。含硫量的升高是随着高炉产量的增长而发生的,其原因很多。为了挽救高硫铁,采取了炉外脱硫的办法。1954年铁水炉外脱硫最严重,个别月份高炉生产的铁水有60%以上经过炉外脱硫,以个别高炉而论,月平均脱硫率曾达到99%。1955年下半年起情况好转,脱硫率下降至10%以下,但是并未消减。
After 1951, Angang pig iron sulfur content generally increased, often exceed the upper limit of the phenomenon. The increase in sulfur content occurs as the production of the blast furnace increases for a number of reasons. In order to save the high-sulfur iron, a method of desulfurization outside the furnace was adopted. In 1954, the hot metal outside the hot metal desulphurization is the most serious.
