规模化的餐饮企业是一种比较现代化的先进模式,这样一种集约化的形式本身就是一种成本控制的表现。尤其是随着肯德基和麦当劳这些连锁洋快餐在我国的飞速发展扩张,连锁经营的模式逐步成为餐饮行业的主流。本文主要是立足于我国连锁餐饮行业实际,希望可以有助于我国连锁餐饮企业成本控制的战略落实,促进我国连锁餐饮企业的快速发展。
Large-scale catering enterprises is a more advanced mode of modernization, such an intensive form itself is a cost-controlled performance. Especially with KFC and McDonald’s chain of fast-food in our country’s rapid development and expansion, the chain management model has gradually become the mainstream of the restaurant industry. This article is mainly based on the reality of China’s chain restaurant industry, hoping to help our chain restaurant enterprises to control the cost of strategy implementation, and promote the rapid development of China’s chain restaurant business.
