一、行业现状及挑战经过最近十几年的快速发展,中国轮胎行业产业规模快速扩大,产品结构调整加快,轮胎装备技术不断提高,资本结构日趋多元化,取得了举世瞩目的成就。但是从全球视野来看,我国轮胎产业大而不强,中国军团整体品牌市场形象处于低端,存在国际化程度低、产品同质化严重、资源利用率低等问题。加之美国的“双反”调查和欧盟标签法以及由此引发的多国连锁反应所形成的贸易壁垒、技术壁垒,严重影响着国内轮胎的出口。中国人口红利的消失,以及绿色、环保、节能降耗等硬指标要求也使轮胎企业的运营成本不断增加。在这样的行业背景下,如何转型升级成为摆在中国轮胎产业面前亟待解决的问题。
I. Status Quo and Challenges in the Industry After rapid development in recent ten years, the scale of China’s tire industry has expanded rapidly, the adjustment of product structure has been accelerated, the technology of tire equipment has been continuously improved, the capital structure has been increasingly diversified and remarkable achievements have been made. However, from a global perspective, the tire industry in our country is big but not strong, and the image of the overall brand of the Chinese Army Corps is in the low end with the problems of low internationalization, serious product homogeneity and low resource utilization rate. In addition, the “double reverse” investigation by the United States and the EU labeling law as well as the trade barriers and technical barriers formed by the multinational chain reaction have seriously affected the export of domestic tires. The disappearance of China’s demographic dividend and the rigid targets such as green, environmental protection, energy-saving and consumption-reducing requirements have also caused the operating costs of tire enterprises to continuously increase. In such an industry background, how to transform and upgrade has become an issue to be solved urgently in front of China’s tire industry.
