针对我国当前供过于求的矛盾，在分析有效需求不足的现象及现行解决供求矛盾措施效果不佳的基 础上，着重指出投资、消费需求和出口三方面不足的主要原因，并提出了未来一段时间内的政策取向。
Aiming at the contradiction between the current oversupply in our country and the analysis of the phenomenon of insufficient effective demand and the current ineffective measures to solve the contradiction between supply and demand, the paper mainly points out the main reasons for the deficiencies in investment, consumer demand and export, and puts forward some suggestions Policy orientation.
