航空发动机尺寸是否合理直接影响发动机装配的可操作性,通过讨论Monte-Carlo法的基本原理,研究了运用其对航空发动机装配尺寸的公差分析的实现方法,将其与MATLAB软件相结合,提出了公差分析流程,以航空发动机压气机轴承座为例进行了计算,对尺寸公差进行了优化分析,模拟次数在105以上,通过分析结果对尺寸公差进行修正,修正前后两次计算结果对比分析表明,修正后的尺寸可在满足设计要求的情况下有效提高装配的可靠性,证明了该方法的可行性和有效性。
Aeroengine size is directly affects the operability of the engine assembly. By discussing the basic principles of the Monte-Carlo method, this paper studies how to use tolerance analysis of aeroengine assembly dimensions, and combines it with MATLAB software The procedure of tolerance analysis is based on the aeroengine compressor bearing seat. The dimensional tolerances are optimized and the simulation times are above 105. The dimensional tolerances are corrected through the analysis results. Comparing the two calculated results before and after the correction, The revised size can effectively improve the reliability of the assembly while meeting the design requirements, which proves the feasibility and effectiveness of the method.
