利用测试手段和有限元计算对整模车间Ｅ列吊车梁及联接螺栓的工作状态进行了分析，找出梁间联接螺栓的破坏原因，并提出改进方案，为保证吊车梁正常运行提供了科学依据。
The working status of crane beam and connecting bolt in column E of the whole mold shop was analyzed by means of test and finite element method to find out the causes of the failure of connecting bolts between beams and to propose the improvement plan to provide a scientific basis for ensuring the normal operation of crane beam .
