本研究利用5个大豆根瘤菌系在5种生态区及土壤类型上与主栽大豆品种选优配套。4年试验示范180个组合,在有重演结果的80个组合中,通过对主要性状的评估,择选出6个最佳组合.比一般组合平均增产7.3%,比对照(不施菌肥)增产8.3~16.2%.做到根瘤菌的三适(适应生态区、适应土壤类型、适应大豆品种,下同)配套.进而提出当4因素形成最佳组合时,才能充分发挥共生固氮效益的论点.
In this study, five soybean rhizobia strains were selected and matched with the main soybean varieties in five kinds of ecological zones and soil types. In the 4 years of experiment, a total of 180 combinations were selected and sixty optimal combinations were selected from the 80 combinations with repeated rehearsal, and the average yield was 7.3% Increase yield 8.3 ~ 16.2% .Three rhizobia adapt (adapted to the ecological zone, to adapt to the type of soil, adapted to soybean varieties, the same below) supporting.Then put forward when the best combination of four factors in order to give full play to the symbiotic nitrogen fixation benefit argument .
