目的 从景天科垂盆草SedumsarmentosumBunge .全草中分离鉴定化合物 ,寻找有效成分。方法 通过硅胶等色谱手段分离化合物 ,借助UV、IR、MS和NMR等手段测定 ,解析其光谱鉴定化合物结构。结果 从垂盆草的 95 %乙醇提取液的乙酸乙酯部分得到 7个化合物 ,分别鉴定为小麦黄素 - 7-O - β -D -葡萄糖苷 (tricin - 7-O - β -D -glucosideⅠ )、木犀草素 (LuteolinⅡ )、异鼠李素 (IsorhamnetinⅢ )、异甘草素 (IsoliquiritigeninⅣ )、槲皮素 (quercetinⅤ )、双十八烷基硫醚 (dioctade cylsulfideⅥ )、棕榈酸 (palmicacidⅦ )。结论 其中化合物Ⅵ、Ⅶ首次从该植物中得到。化合物Ⅰ有明显保肝作用。
Objective To isolate and identify compounds from the whole plant of Sedum Sarmentosum Bunge in the sedum, and find effective ingredients. Methods The compounds were isolated by means of chromatography, such as silica gel, and determined by means of UV, IR, MS, and NMR. The structures of the compounds were identified by their spectral analysis. Results Seven compounds were obtained from the ethyl acetate fraction of the 95% ethanol extract of S. sargentii. They were identified as zeaxanthin-7-O-β-D-glucoside (tricin-7-O-β-D-glucosideI). ), Luteolin II, Isorhamnetin III, Isoliquiritigenin IV, quercetin V, dioctade cylsulfide VI, palmicacid VII. Conclusions Compounds VI, VII were first obtained from this plant. Compound I has a significant hepatoprotective effect.
