Scientifically and properly empowering leaders can not only make leaders step out of specific affairs but devote themselves to grasping major events, grasping management and grasping the overall situation. More importantly, they can arouse the enthusiasm and initiative of their subordinates to cultivate and enhance their qualities and ability. Why not do this?
