为更加准确地通过水模模拟非金属夹杂物在钢液中的运动行为和去除率,在理论分析的基础上提出了新的相似关系—润湿相似。通过夹杂物在中间包内去除的水模型实验,验证了润湿相似的重要性。对夹杂物团聚机理进行了分析研究。结果表明:在一定的湍动条件下,颗粒的浓度和非金属夹杂物在钢液中的不润湿性所导致的疏液作用是使颗粒发生碰撞团聚的主要因素。
In order to more accurately simulate the movement behavior and removal rate of non-metallic inclusions in molten steel by using a water model, a new similar relationship is proposed on the basis of theoretical analysis - similar to wetting. The water model experiment, which removes inclusions in the tundish, verified the similar importance of wetting. The agglomeration mechanism of inclusions was analyzed. The results show that the lyophobic effect caused by the non-wettability of the particles and the non-metallic inclusions in the molten steel under certain turbulent conditions is the main factor for the collision and agglomeration of the particles.
