提出一种变步长自适应滤波方法,从轴承的振动加速度信号中分离出故障信号,有利于包络分析获取故障特征频率。介绍了该方法的原理和算法实现,并对滚动轴承的实际数据进行了分析。结果表明文中提出的方法能够有效的突出故障特征频率成分,避免了误诊断。 A variable step size adaptive filtering method is proposed to separate the fault signal from the vibration acceleration signal of the bearing, which is advantageous to the envelope analysis to obtain the fault characteristic frequency. The principle of the method and the realization of the algorithm are introduced, and the actual data of the rolling bearing are analyzed. The results show that the proposed method can effectively highlight the fault frequency components, avoiding misdiagnosis.
