Acute right ventricular infarction is not uncommon in clinical practice. Autopsy confirmed that right ventricular infarction accounted for 2.5% of acute myocardial infarction, acute myocardial infarction in patients with right ventricular infarction on the basis of 13 to 35%. Now in our hospital diagnosis of 5 cases of right ventricular infarction and reported in the literature of 10 cases for comprehensive points to explore the acute
