对80例正常人组进行精子染色体直接制备、G显带核型分析,成功率为62.5%,与Templado方法58.1%比较,P<0.05,有差异。精子染色体数目和结构畸变率分别为2.3%和0%。另对46例临床对象进行精子染色体研究,精子染色体数目和结构畸变率分别为:不育组15例,14.0%和4.8%;流产组26例,4.5%和2.4%,均较正常人组增加。染色体平衡易位携带者组5例,均发现中期Ⅰ易位型染色体的环状四价体核型。
Sperm chromosome analysis was performed on 80 healthy controls. The success rate was 62.5% in G-band karyotype analysis, which was different from that in Templado method (58.1%) (P <0.05). The number of sperm chromosomes and the rate of structural aberrations were 2.3% and 0%, respectively. Another 46 cases of clinical subjects sperm chromosome research, the number of sperm chromosomes and structural aberration rates were: infertility group 15 cases, 14.0% and 4.8%; abortion group 26 cases, 4.5% and 2.4 %, Compared with the normal group increased. Chromosome balance translocation carrier group of 5 patients, were found in the metaphase Ⅰ translocation chromosome ring quadrivalent karyotype.
