2009年11月13日,由美国加州杏仁商会和中国食品科学技术学会共同主办的2009美国大杏仁学生创新大赛的新闻发布会上,10份获奖的学生作品亮相。此届大赛的主题是中国传统休闲食品的创新,来自西方的食品原料为我国历史悠久的传统休闲食品注入了新鲜感。与往届相比,此次参赛广度大大拓展,从上届的9所参赛院校增加到36所院校,200多个学生研发团队递交了计划书,50余份入围。获奖作品包括特别奖、金奖各一,银奖两个,和6个单项奖。本届大赛增加了企业界评委组,进一步提高了获奖作品的商品化成熟度。
On November 13, 2009, 10 award-winning student works were presented at a press conference of the 2009 American Almond Student Innovation Contest, co-hosted by the California Almond Chamber of Commerce and the Chinese Society of Food Science and Technology. The theme of this contest is the innovation of traditional Chinese snack foods. Food ingredients from the West have infused freshness into the traditional snack foods that have a long history in China. Compared with the past, the competition greatly expanded the scope of the competition from the last nine participating institutions to 36 colleges and universities, more than 200 student R & D team submitted a proposal, more than 50 short-listed. The winning entries include special awards, one gold award, two silver prizes, and six singles. This competition increased business jury, to further enhance the commercialization of the winning entries.
