为了探讨心痛灵对心绞痛的作用机制 ,采用结扎冠状动脉所致心肌缺血的大鼠模型 ,观察心痛灵对实验性心肌缺血的作用。结果表明 :心痛灵能降低血清酶活性 ,调节内皮素 /降钙素基因相关肽 (ET/CGRP)之间的平衡 ,说明心痛灵有扩张冠状动脉效应以拮抗内皮素、改善心肌缺血、缺氧 ,从而起到保护心肌细胞与心血管内皮细胞功能的目的 ,以防治冠心病心绞痛
To investigate the mechanism of Xintongling on angina pectoris, a rat model of myocardial ischemia induced by ligation of coronary arteries was used to observe the effect of Xintongling on experimental myocardial ischemia. The results showed that Xintongling can reduce serum enzyme activity and regulate the balance between endothelin/calcitonin gene-related peptide (ET/CGRP), indicating that Xintongling has the effect of dilating coronary artery to antagonize endothelin and improve myocardial ischemia and deficiency.
