目的：探讨上提眼睑引起的泪膜破裂时间的改变。方法：对五名学生分别检测上提眼睑（HTBUT）和未提眼睑（TBUT）时的泥股破裂时间，并进行比较，结果：HTBUT的均值为10．469±5381s，TBUT的均值为11.3312±5.468s，两者无明显的差异；男性的TB叶均值11.5838±5.915s，女性TBUT均值为11．0788±5.165s，无显著差异。结论：认为轻微上提眼睑对泪膜稳定性无明显的影响，
Objective: To investigate the change of tear film rupture time caused by eyelid lifting. Methods: Five students tested the breakup time of mud stock on the eyelid (HTBUT) and eluded eyelid (TBUT) respectively. The results showed that the average of HTBUT was 10.469 ± 5381s and the average of TBUT was 11.3312 ± 5.468s, no significant difference between the two; male TB mean 11.5838 ± 5.915s, female TBUT mean 11.0788 ± 5.165s, no significant difference.
