目的观察肾细胞癌(RCC)组织中KISS-1蛋白的表达变化,并探讨其临床意义。方法采用免疫组化法检测50例RCC、15例癌旁组织及15例正常肾组织中KISS-1蛋白。结果 RCC组织中的KISS-1蛋白的阳性表达率为32.00%,明显低于癌旁组织的73.00%和正常肾组织的66.67%(P均<0.05);KISS-1蛋白与RCC的临床分期、淋巴结转移及分化程度有关(P均<0.05),KISS-1蛋白阳性表达率与RCC分化程度呈负相关(rs=-0.481,P=0.000)。结论 RCC组织中KISS-1蛋白表达明显下调,其对RCC的发生发展有一定的抑制作用;KISS-1蛋白可能成为预测RCC恶性程度的新的生物学指标。
Objective To observe the expression of KISS-1 protein in renal cell carcinoma (RCC) and to investigate its clinical significance. Methods Immunohistochemical method was used to detect KISS-1 protein in 50 cases of RCC, 15 cases of paracancerous tissues and 15 cases of normal renal tissues. Results The positive expression rate of KISS-1 protein in RCC tissues was 32.00%, which was significantly lower than 73.00% in paracancerous tissues and 66.67% in normal renal tissues (all P <0.05). Conclusions The expression of KISS-1 protein in RCC tissues is significantly down-regulated, which may inhibit the occurrence and development of RCC.
