伴随着我国社会经济飞速发展,人们的生活水平较以前有了明显的提高,旅游成为了人们近几年来所追捧的一种休闲娱乐方式。但是旅游业在发展过程中游离于国家的监管之外,而这是基于这样的现实原因,直接导致了我国导游行业的服务质量并不是很高,导游的一个人文素养以及艺术素养都不高,而且服务水平极其低下。导游个人的专业能力也存在着诸多问题。正是基于这样的现实情况就有必要提出服务质量的策略以更好地规范我国的导游市场,从而提升客户的满意度,进而从整体上提升整个中国旅游行业的发展水平。
