研究雌性老年前期大鼠性腺轴功能的变化.方法:应用阴道细胞形态学检查法和放射免疫测定法观察18月龄雌性SD大鼠动情周期和组织中性激素含量的变化.结果:18月龄雌性大鼠血清E2水平降低,LH和FSH含量升高;下丘脑和血浆GnRH水平上升,垂体GnRH含量减少.结论:18月龄雌性老年前期SD大鼠动情周期停止,下匠脑-垂体-卵巢轴功能明显衰退.
To study the changes of gonadal axis function in female presenile rats. Methods: Vaginal cell morphometry and radioimmunoassay were used to observe the changes of estrous cycle and sex hormone levels in 18-month-old female SD rats. Results: The E2 level of 18-month-old female rats decreased, while the contents of LH and FSH increased. The levels of GnRH in hypothalamus and plasma increased, and the content of GnRH in pituitary decreased. Conclusion: The estrous cycle of 18-month-old female pre-elderly SD rats stopped and the function of lower carp’s brain-pituitary-ovarian axis declined significantly.
