教师作为教学工作的核心,往往能够直接影响整个教学质量和效率,对于中小学教师来说,教师的专业发展极其重要,采用一定的教师专业发展评价体系,不仅能够提高教师的专业教学水平,更能提升教师的教学素养,是优化中小学教师队伍的重要途径。如何制定科学、合理、有效的评价体系,这就需要对教师专业发展评价体系的特征进行详细的分析,尊重教师的个体差异,为教师构建有发展空间的环境,这样就能有效的提高教师的专业水平。本文就中小学教师专业发展评价体系进行研究,并提出科学、合理的建议。
