针对初教六机翼结构静强度试验中所遇到的三级杠杆系统的配重计算问题,采用力矩法编写计算程序,加载时需考虑机翼自重和杠杆系统自重,使用VB语言在Visual Studio平台下编写程序,将各加载点载荷等效至作动筒,由计算机系统控制作动筒同步协调加载,每级载荷数值经程序计算,极大地提高了载荷配重计算效率。
According to the calculation of the counterweight of the three-lever system encountered in the static test of the six-wing structure of the elementary education, a torque program is used to write the calculation program. The load of the wing and the weight of the lever system are to be considered. The program is written under the platform, and the load of each loading point is equivalent to the actuating cylinder. The control of the actuating cylinder by the computer system is synchronously loaded and coordinated. The load values of each level are calculated by the program, which greatly improves the calculating efficiency of the load counterweight.
