1. 绪言 在STX-21项目研究工作中,构思了焊接结构件达到2倍的强度、寿命,所以正在进行以通过实现超细化组织使焊接结构用钢的强度获得大幅度提高为目标的研究。作为形成微细组织的方法,采用加工硬化奥氏体所产生的相变是有效果的。但是在采用压下率超过70%的深加工的加工硬化奥氏体所产生的铁素体方面的研究还不能说十分充分。本文中,就有关通过50~96%压下率的深加工形成加工硬化奥氏体、通过相变获得的微细铁素体
1. INTRODUCTION In the research work of STX-21, the strength and life expectancy of welded structural members have been doubled. Therefore, studies are being conducted to achieve a substantial increase in the strength of welded structural steel by means of ultrafine microstructure . As a method of forming a microstructure, it is effective to adopt a phase transformation produced by work hardening austenite. However, the study of ferrite produced by deep working work hardening austenite with a reduction of more than 70% can not be said to be sufficient.
