3S集成及其在水利工程中的应用

遥感(RS)、地理信息系统(GIS)和全球定位系统(GPS)这三门技术,经过几十年各自独立的发展,现已逐步走向综合。RS、GIS和GPS的综合简称为3S集成。其显著的持点:在于数据获取、数据处理和信息提取与应用具有很大优势和发展潜力,可为水利科学研究与工程应用提供新的思路和手段。1.在水文水资源方面应用①与水文模型有机结合,将水文模型作为应用模型纳入系统模型库,为模型数据管理、数据更新和信息输出提供服务,并以空间分析为模型参数的提取与估计提供新的手段;②水资源开发规划和运行管理,应用 Remote sensing (RS), geographic information system (GIS) and global positioning system (GPS) these three technologies, after decades of independent development, has now gradually integrated.
