带着一系列需要探究的问题,北京市第一期名校长工作室的校长们走访了11所美国中小学校。通过一次次和校长、教师、学生的交流,我对美国教师的工作量和工作压力有了初步的认识。
With a series of questions that need to be explored, the principals of the first-term chief presidential studio in Beijing visited 11 primary and secondary schools in the United States. Through time and again with principals, teachers and students, I had a preliminary understanding of the workload and workload of American teachers.
