At the end of last year, Shanghai Yaohua Glass Factory set out to launch the masses to discuss and formulate this year’s production plan. Through in-depth discussion among the workers and staff, all major planning indicators were implemented at the workshop, section, team, machine, and individual levels, fully mobilized the production enthusiasm of the broad masses of workers, and established the confidence to successfully accomplish this year’s production tasks. At the same time, after mass calculations, pendulum conditions, and potential for excavation, the key issues in various production processes are also grasped, so that there is a clear goal for strengthening management and innovative technologies. Shanghai Yaohua Glass Factory has fully played in organizing the masses of workers to discuss this year’s production plan.
