目前不孕症作为临床中常见的一种疾病,其诊断和治疗日益受到临床医生的重视。经阴道二维超声在诊断不孕症病因和排卵监测过程中起着重要的作用。随着三维超声(3D-US)技术的发展和更新,弥补了二维超声不能观察到冠状切面的不足,通过多平面立体成像评价子宫内膜容受性及卵巢反应性,使其在不孕症的诊治过程中应用也越来越广泛。本文综述3D-US在不孕症诊治过程中的应用价值。
At present infertility as a common clinical disease, the diagnosis and treatment are increasingly valued by clinicians. Transvaginal two-dimensional ultrasound in the diagnosis of the causes of infertility and ovulation monitoring plays an important role. With the development and update of three-dimensional ultrasound (3D-US) technology, the deficiency of coronal section can not be observed by two-dimensional ultrasound. Endometrial receptivity and ovarian reactivity can be evaluated by multi-plane stereoscopic imaging. Disease diagnosis and treatment process is also more and more widely used. This article reviews the value of 3D-US in the diagnosis and treatment of infertility.
