在实验室条件下系统地测定了柑桔潜叶蛾的耐寒力和幼虫对嫩叶含水量的敏感性。结果表明,1~2龄幼虫对低温最敏感,其次是卵;蛹耐寒力最强,其次是3~4龄幼虫。当温度≤15℃时,1~2龄幼虫的死亡率随着温度的降低和低温持续时间的延长而增加;当温度≤10℃时,温度越低,持续时间越长,3~4龄幼虫和蛹的死亡率越高,卵的孵化率越低。嫩叶含水量对幼虫死亡率无显著影响。冬季低温是限制柑桔潜叶蛾分布和决定越冬虫口基数的关键因子。
The cold resistance of the leaf miner and the sensitivity of larvae to the water content of young leaves were systematically determined under laboratory conditions. The results showed that the 1st to 2nd instar larvae were the most sensitive to low temperature, followed by the eggs; the pupae had the strongest cold resistance, followed by the 3rd to 4th instar larvae. When the temperature is less than or equal to 15 ℃, the mortality of 1st to 2nd instar larvae increases with the decrease of temperature and duration of low temperature. When the temperature is less than or equal to 10 ℃, the lower the temperature and the longer the duration, the 3rd and 4th instar larvae And the higher the mortality rate of pupae, the lower the hatching rate of eggs. Leaf water content had no significant effect on larval mortality. Winter low temperature is to limit the distribution of citrus leaf moth and determine the key factor of the winter population.
