以广州某剧院为例,发现剧院座椅下送风在不同冷负荷率下送风温差存在优化空间。采用CFD模拟软件,通过正交实验的方法对剧院座椅下送风冷负荷率在100%、75%、50%时的不同送风温差进行计算分析。通过对比温度场和速度场,探究剧院座椅下送风不同冷负荷率与送风温差的关系。得到剧院座椅下送风在100%、75%冷负荷率的最优送风温差为3℃,在50%冷负荷率的最优送风温差为2℃。
Taking a theater in Guangzhou as an example, it is found that there is room for optimization of the supply air temperature difference under different cooling load rates under the theater seats. CFD simulation software is used to calculate and analyze the temperature difference of air supply and cooling under 100%, 75% and 50% of the theater seats by orthogonal test. By comparing the temperature field and the velocity field, the relationship between different cooling load rates and the temperature difference of the supply air under the theater seats is explored. The optimal supply air temperature difference of 100% under the theater seat, 75% of the cooling load rate is 3 ° C, and the optimal supply air temperature difference of 50% of the cooling load rate is 2 ° C.
