苦参对革兰阳性菌有明显的抗菌作用,认为异戊二烯黄烷酮衍生物是其具有抗菌活性的成分,其中一些化合物对睾酮5α-还原酶以及5α-二氢睾酮与其受体的结合物的生成有抑制作用。本次从苦参中提取分离出具有抗菌和抗雄激素作用的活性成分,并进行了结构鉴定,同时对这些化合物的构效关系进行了研究。
Sophora flavescens has a significant antibacterial effect against Gram-positive bacteria, and isoprenoid flavanone derivatives are considered to have antibacterial activity components, some of which are related to testosterone 5α-reductase and 5α-dihydrotestosterone and its receptors. The formation of conjugates has an inhibitory effect. The active ingredients with antibacterial and anti-androgenic effects were extracted and separated from Sophora flavescens, and the structures were identified. The structure-activity relationship of these compounds was also studied.
