目的探讨二硫化碳(CS2)对作业人员血管功能的影响。方法以某厂511名在岗的CS2作业人员为研究对象,将长丝车间和短丝车间的作业人员归为高浓度暴露组,其余车间的工人归为低暴露组。用动脉脉搏分析仪(VP-1000PWV/ABI)检测作业人员的四肢血管收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)、平均动脉压(MAP)、脉压(PP)、心率(HR)、肱-踝动脉段脉搏波传导速度(brachial ankle pulse wave velocity,baPWV)、输出踝臂指数(ABI)、血清胆固醇(TC)和甘油三酯(TG)及血糖。结果低暴露组平均体重指数(23.6 kg/m2)高于高暴露组(22.9 kg/m2),差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);低暴露组平均PP及血清TG水平均高于高暴露组(P<0.05),ABI低于高暴露组(P<0.05),差异均有统计学意义;血清TG、baPWV在两组间差异无统计学意义;高血压、高血糖、高血脂、baPWV和ABI异常检出率在高暴露和低暴露两组之间差异无统计学意义。结论在目前的劳动条件下,CS2长期暴露对作业人员心血管功能无明显影响。
Objective To investigate the effect of carbon disulfide (CS2) on the vascular function of workers. Methods A total of 511 on-site CS2 workers in a factory were selected as study objects. The workers in the filament workshop and the short filament workshop were classified as high-concentration exposure groups and the rest of the workshops were classified as low-exposure groups. The SBP, DBP, MAP, PP and HR of the extremities were measured by the arterial pulse analyzer (VP-1000PWV / ABI) Brachial ankle pulse wave velocity (baPWV), output ankle brachial index (ABI), serum cholesterol (TC) and triglyceride (TG) and blood glucose. Results The average body mass index (23.6 kg / m2) of low exposure group was higher than that of high exposure group (22.9 kg / m2), the difference was statistically significant (P <0.01) (P <0.05). The ABI was lower than that of the high exposure group (P <0.05), and the differences were statistically significant. The levels of serum TG and baPWV had no significant difference between the two groups. Hypertension, hyperglycemia, hyperlipidemia, baPWV There was no significant difference between ABI anomaly detection rate and high and low exposure. Conclusion Under the current working conditions, long-term exposure to CS2 has no significant effect on the cardiovascular function of workers.
