目的:探讨乳腺癌组织中增殖细胞相关抗原的表达及其意义。方法:应用免疫组织化学技术检测增殖细胞核抗原(proliferatingcelnuclearantigen,PCNA)和Ki67抗原在60例乳腺癌组织的表达。结果:(1)乳腺癌组织中PCNA和Ki67的阳性率基本一致。(2)在非浸润癌、非特殊型浸润癌及特殊型浸润癌之间,PCNA和Ki67的中至强阳性表达率有较大差别。(3)伴随PCNA和Ki67染色阳性程度的增高,Ⅱ~Ⅲ级乳腺癌的百分率呈上升趋势。结论:PCNA和Ki67表达程度与乳腺癌的类型及组织学分级有关
Objective: To investigate the expression of proliferating cell-associated antigen in breast cancer and its significance. METHODS: Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of proliferating nuclear antigen (PCNA) and Ki67 antigen in 60 breast cancer tissues. Results: (1) The positive rates of PCNA and Ki67 in breast cancer tissues were basically the same. (2) There was a significant difference in the positive expression rate of PCNA and Ki67 between non-invasive, nonspecific and invasive carcinomas. (3) With the increase in the positive staining of PCNA and Ki67, the percentage of breast cancer of grade II-III showed an upward trend. Conclusion: The expression of PCNA and Ki67 is related to the type and histological grade of breast cancer
