本研究将生命节律理论引入服务管理中,在理论研究与实践应用回顾的基础上展开实证研完,探求生命节律是否在一定程度上影响服务型企业员工的绩效。分析结果显示:人体情绪节律、体力节律与员工绩效呈显著正相关关系,人体智力节律与员工绩效相关关系不显著。此研究结果对企业员工的职位轮换、工作休息日调配制度具有很好的实践指导意义。
In this study, life rhythm theory is introduced into service management. Based on the review of theoretical research and practical application, this study explores whether life rhythms affect the performance of service-oriented employees to a certain extent. The analysis shows that there is a significant positive correlation between the human emotion rhythm, physical rhythm and employee performance, and the correlation between human intelligence rhythm and employee performance is not significant. The results of this study have a good practical guiding significance for the rotation of positions of employees and the deployment of work-rest day.
