利用乳液聚合方法制备了集成橡胶,并对其聚合规律进行了研究。聚合反应速率随着单体配比中异戊二烯含量增大而降低,集成橡胶中异戊二烯含量随异戊二烯配比的增加而增大,且结合量略大于配比量。混炼加工及性能测试结果表明,集成橡胶加工性能及硫化性能优异,其基础物理力学性能好于丁苯橡胶SBR1502,具有更好的抗湿滑性及滚动阻力。
The synthetic rubber was prepared by the emulsion polymerization method, and the polymerization rule was studied. The polymerization rate decreased with the increase of the content of isoprene in the monomer mixture. The content of isoprene in the integrated rubber increased with the increase of the isoprene ratio, and the binding capacity was slightly larger than the amount of the isoprene. The results of the mixing process and the performance test show that the integrated rubber processing performance and vulcanization performance are excellent, and the basic physical and mechanical properties are better than SBR1502, which has better wet skid resistance and rolling resistance.
