以荷S180瘤小鼠为模型,初步探讨了EBB抗肿瘤的作用及其特点。实验结果发现,EBB具有明显的抗体内移植瘤作用,其特点是单独使用EBB具有与抗肿瘤药环磷酰胺和丝裂霉素相同水平的抑制效果和延长存活期的作用;而EBB分别与这两种药联合使用时,能使抑瘤能力有所增强并能提高生存质量。此外,EBB无论是单独使用还是与抗癌药联合使用,都能逆转由于荷瘤造成的胸腺指数下降的现象;EBB与抗癌药联合使用也能使肿指数恢复基本正常;说明EBB在抑制体内肿瘤生长的同时,还能提高机体的免疫能力。提示EBB是一种有前途的抗肿瘤化合物。
