为便于全市统一案卷评查，规范基层统计文书制作，笔者认为，市统计局应尽快统一、发布统计法律文书。因为，现在各区县执行的文书格式各式各样，有的统计人员擅自改动，使统计文书缺乏严肃性和规范性，不利于统计的法制化建设。基于此，笔者呼吁，主管部门应制定一个统一的标
In order to facilitate the city’s unified case file review and standardize the production of basic statistical paperwork, the author believes that the Municipal Bureau of Statistics should unify as soon as possible and release statistical legal documents. Because of the variety of document formats implemented by districts and counties, and some statisticians’ unauthorized changes, the statistical instruments lacks seriousness and normativity, which is not conducive to the legalization of statistics. Based on this, the author calls for the competent department should develop a unified standard
