测试了经900℃空气中预氧化的Ni、Co、Cr及Ni-Cr、Co—Cr、Ni-Al、Fe—Al合金试样在900℃Na2SO4熔盐中的电位。建立了带氧化膜金属及合金在熔盐中的电位理论模型,预氧化金属及合金在熔盐中的电位与氧化膜的种类、氧化膜中电子和离子迁移数的大小、氧化速度(表现为电流i)以及界面反应极化阻力有关。预氧化金属及合金试样在熔盐中的电位的测试结果,与此理论模型相一致。
The potentials of pre-oxidized Ni, Co, Cr and Ni-Cr, Co-Cr, Ni-Al and Fe-Al alloys in air at 900 ℃ were measured.
