目的探讨小型血站血液检测实验室设备性能比对的方法。方法比较2台不同型号的全自动加样仪、2台同系列全自动酶免后处理系统检测性能的一致性:使用4种ELISA检测试剂,分别检测HBs Ag、抗-HCV、抗-HIV、梅毒定值质控品和20份常规献血者标本,应用χ2检验和Kappa检验,比较上述2组设备检测结果的一致性。结果1)2台全自动加样仪抗-HCV、抗-HIV定性检测加样的一致性较好。2)2台同系列全自动酶免后处理系统,4种试剂一致性均为100%(40/40),经χ2检验一致性无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论小型血站实验室可以通过对定值质控品,和常规献血者标本的检测结果进行处理分析,比对酶免检测设备之间的性能是否一致。
Objective To explore the method of comparing the performance of blood test lab equipment in small blood stations. Methods Two different types of automatic samplers were compared. Two identical automatic enzyme-free post-treatment systems were tested for consistency of performance. Four ELISA reagents were used to detect HBs Ag, anti-HCV, anti-HIV, Syphilis value of quality control and 20 samples of routine blood donors, χ2 test and Kappa test were used to compare the consistency of the above two sets of equipment test results. Results 1) 2 sets of automatic sampler anti-HCV, anti-HIV qualitative test sample consistency is better. 2) 2 sets of the same series of automatic enzyme-free post-processing system, the consistency of the four reagents were 100% (40/40), χ2 test consistency was no significant difference (P> 0.05). Conclusion The small blood bank laboratory can analyze the results of the fixed quality control samples and routine blood donor samples and compare the performance of the enzyme-free testing equipment.
