1930年夏中共党内的“立三路线”推行冒险的城市战略,这一错误出现的原因,除了《关于若干历史问题的决议》指出的几点外,还与当时党内存在的源于共产国际的城市战略思想的影响、苏维埃运动的内在要求以及战争动员的现实需要等方面分不开。
