随着我国社会结构的调整,大中城市承担的社会功能越来与多,需要相关部门做好基层社会管理的优化与创新,这样才能达到社会管理目标,保障社会发展的稳定性。在此背景下,本文首先对新时期我国大中城市基层社会管理组织形式进行介绍,然后结合我国实际状况分析大中城市管理过程中存在的问题,最后针对这些问题找到优化创新策略,以提升城市的社会管理水平,增强其基础服务能力,满足广大人民群众的需求。
With the adjustment of social structure in our country, more and more social functions are undertaken by large and medium-sized cities, and relevant departments are required to make optimization and innovation of grass-roots social management in order to achieve social management goals and ensure the stability of social development.
