从我国《中长期铁路网规划》来看,高速铁路和客运专线将是目前及以后我国铁路发展的一个重要方向,而板式无砟轨道又是目前采用最广泛的轨道形式。但是目前普遍采用的轨道板精调方法是德国博格公司的精调系统,其特点是需要测量GRP点,而GRP点的测量工作量很大,且测量过程十分繁琐;另外,用GRP点控制轨道板精调,不仅进度很慢,而且劳动强度也很大。为此,以CRTSII型轨道板的精调为例,提出了一种全新的轨道板精调方法,并对其可行性进行了研究探讨。
