采用共沉淀法、浸渍法和络合法制备了一系列的铜锰催化剂 .研究了它们对合成气一步法合成甲酸甲酯的活性及选择性 .共沉淀法中以采用并流法和季铵碱作沉淀剂所得催化剂活性较好 .络合法制得的催化剂活性明显高于共沉淀法及浸渍法 ,在不同分解气氛及焙烧温度下所得催化剂对反应活性及选择性有较大影响 .采用 XRD及 BET分析探讨了影响因素 .
A series of copper-manganese catalysts were prepared by coprecipitation, impregnation and complexation methods.The activity and selectivity of methyl formate in one-step synthesis of syngas were studied.The co-precipitation method was based on the co-precipitation method and quaternary ammonium The results showed that the activity of the catalyst was better than that of the catalyst.The activity of the catalyst obtained by the complexation method was significantly higher than that of the coprecipitation method and the impregnation method.The catalysts obtained under different decomposition atmospheres and calcination temperatures had a great influence on the reactivity and selectivity.Using XRD And BET analysis to explore the influencing factors.
