Mammalian target molecules of rapamycin (mTOR) are pivotal in many important signal transduction pathways in the cell and are involved in many physiological and pathological processes (such as cell proliferation, cell cycle regulation, cell migration, etc.) The occurrence and development are closely related. Anti-tumor basic research with m TOR as the target has become the current hot spot. Epithelial-mesenchymal transition (EMT) is closely related to tumor invasion and metastasis, and is regulated by many transcription factors as well as Wnt, transforming growth factor beta, Notch and other signaling pathways. m TOR binding protein, signaling pathway and related genes are involved in the EMT process of malignant tumors, m TOR positive regulation of EMT, change the invasion and metastasis of the tumor.
