现代铝箔轧机均采用两辊驱动。理论分析与试验研究表明,这并不是合理的最佳的驱动方案。对铝箔精轧机来讲,应采用单辊驱动的新型方案。本文提出和总结了无辊缝轧制的几个新概念和某些客观规律,为单辊驱动的设计和应用提供了理论依据。
Modern aluminum foil mills are driven by two rollers. Theoretical analysis and experimental studies show that this is not the best driving solution. For the aluminum foil finishing mill, a new type of single-roller drive should be adopted. This paper presents and summarizes several new concepts and some objective laws of roll-gapless rolling and provides a theoretical basis for the design and application of single-roller drive.
