目的了解广西三起细菌性痢疾疫情中宋内志贺菌的耐药情况及其同源性。方法采用微量肉汤法对从三起疫情分离到的43株宋内志贺菌进行药物敏感性试验,根据最低抑菌浓度进行分析和判读。对菌株基因组DNA进行脉冲场凝胶电泳(PFGE)分子分型,利用Bio Numerics分析软件对图谱进行聚类分析。结果分离到的43株宋内志贺菌对氨苄西林、头孢曲松钠的耐药率均为100.00%,对甲氧苄啶/磺胺甲噁唑的耐药率为97.67%,对环丙沙星无耐药。43株宋内志贺菌可分为23个PFGE带型,带型的相似度为86.70%。结论三起菌痢疫情分离株的药敏特性高度一致,对青霉素类、头孢类(Ⅲ代)抗生素耐药严重;三个地区菌株具有高度同源性,说明存在同一克隆系的宋内志贺菌跨地区流行。
Objective To understand the drug resistance and homology of Shigella sonnei in three outbreaks of bacterial dysentery in Guangxi. Methods A total of 43 strains of Shigella sonnei isolated from the three outbreaks were tested for drug susceptibility by the method of trace broth. The minimal inhibitory concentrations were analyzed and interpreted. The strain genomic DNA was subjected to PFGE molecular typing and the Bio Numerics analysis software was used to perform cluster analysis. Results The resistance rate of 43 strains of Shigella sonnei to ampicillin and ceftriaxone sodium was 100.00%, the rate of resistance to trimethoprim / sulfamethoxazole was 97.67% Star no resistance. 43 strains of Shigella sonnei can be divided into 23 PFGE bands, with a similarity of 86.70%. Conclusions The drug susceptibility characteristics of the three strains of Shigella dysenteriae were highly consistent and were resistant to penicillins and cephalosporins (Ⅲ) antibiotics. The three isolates were highly homologous, indicating the presence of the same clonal strain Bacteria cross-regional epidemic.
