目的:对防风二氯甲烷及乙酸乙酯部位化学成分进行研究。方法:采用镜下观察细胞病变效应(CPE)法,以Vero-HSV-1(F),RD-EV71,Vero-RSV体外感染模型,对防风不同极性部位进行体外抗病毒活性初步筛选,发现防风二氯甲烷及乙酸乙酯部位具有体外抗HSV-1的活性,采用硅胶柱色谱、凝胶柱色谱、液相制备、重结晶等手段对其进行分离纯化,通过理化性质,MS,1H-NMR和13C-NMR等谱学技术进行结构鉴定。结果:从中分离得到11个化合物,分别鉴定为:单棕榈酸甘油酯(1),2-丁氧基乙基亚油酸(2),3’(R)-(+)-亥茅酚(3),(-)-marmesin(4),(6Z,9Z)-十七烷(5),32,33,34-三甲基-16-烯-3-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(6),亥茅酚苷(7),香草酸(8),升麻素(9),5,7-二羟基-2-甲基色原酮(10),伞形花内酯(11)。结论:化合物2,5,6,10为首次从该属植物中分离得到。
OBJECTIVE: To study the chemical constituents of methylene chloride and ethyl acetate in windbreak. Methods: In vitro infection models of Vero-HSV-1 (F), RD-EV71 and Vero-RSV were used to observe the cytopathic effect (CPE) The anti-HSV-1 activity in vitro was protected by methylene chloride and ethyl acetate. The compounds were isolated and purified by silica gel column chromatography, gel column chromatography, liquid phase preparation and recrystallization. The physicochemical properties, MS, NMR and 13C-NMR spectroscopy techniques for structural identification. RESULTS: Eleven compounds were isolated and identified as monopalmitin (1), 2-butoxyethyl linoleate (2), 3 ’(R) - (+) - 3), (-) - marmesin (4), (6Z, 9Z) -heptadecane (5), 32,33,34-trimethyl-16-ene-3-O-β-D-glucopyranose Glycosides (6), epimedium (7), vanillic acid (8), cinnarin (9), 5,7-dihydroxy- 11). Conclusion: Compounds 2, 5, 6 and 10 were isolated from this genus for the first time.
