头孢拉啶临床上多采用静脉给药,但其水溶液不稳定,一般文献记载头孢拉定(头孢拉啶和L-精氨酸混合物)在10%葡萄糖输液中室温下稳定期为3.14h(1)。本文采用恒温加速试验法进行预测,用紫外分光光度法在262±1nm波长处测定头孢拉定的相对百分含量,预测头孢拉啶(头孢拉啶和碳酸钠混合物)10%葡萄糖溶液的稳定性及不同pH下的影响。
Cefradine is clinically used intravenously, but its aqueous solution is not stable.
