In the current monolithic world, the arms race has become an irresistible trend. In the following we use mathematical methods to explain the nuclear safety issue among the nuclear powers. Suppose that the number of nuclear weapons on both sides of Party A and Party B is respectively x and y. From the perspective of Party A, it is only confirmed if the number x of nuclear weapons owned by them exceeds the number of nuclear weapons of Party B by some certain function, for example x> f (y) I am safe.
