探讨中西医结合治疗小儿喘憋性肺炎的疗效。对60例确诊为小儿喘憋性肺炎,中医辨证属于风热闭肺或痰热阻肺型的病例分组,分为常规西医治疗(对照组)和增服加味麻杏石甘汤治疗(治疗组)。经3～7天治疗,治疗组有效率为93.3%,优于对照组的73.3%(P<0.05),采用中西医结合治疗小儿喘憋性肺炎比常规西医治疗效果更好。
To discuss the curative effect of Integrative Chinese and Western medicine on asthmatic pneumonia in children. 60 cases diagnosed as pediatric asthmatic pneumonia, TCM syndromes belong to the wind-heat closed lung or phlegm-heat-resistant lung type cases, divided into conventional Western medicine (control group) and added service Maxing Shi Gan Tang treatment (treatment group ). After 3 to 7 days of treatment, the effective rate of the treatment group was 93.3%, which was better than that of the control group (73.3%) (P <0.05). The combination of TCM and Western medicine treatment of children with asthmatic pneumonia is better than the conventional Western medicine treatment.
