社会主义市场经济大潮,席卷全国,使人们的思想观念发生了很大的变化;新旧体制的交替,带来了人们物质利益的调整。这种变化和调整,给部队管理教育,特别是干部队伍的管理带来了许多新情况、新问题。当前部队干部管理工作如何跟上变化了的形势需要,是摆在各级政治部门和广大干部工作者面前的一个亟待解决的问题。本文试图从发展社会主义市场经济带来的双重效应,来探求新时期加强干部队伍管理工作的途径和对策。
The tide of socialist market economy has swept across the country, causing great changes in people’s ideas and concepts. The alternation of the old system and the new one has brought about the adjustment of people’s material interests. Such changes and adjustments have brought many new situations and new problems to the management of military forces, especially the management of cadres. How to keep up with the changing needs of the current army cadre management work is an urgent issue that must be solved before the political departments at all levels and the cadres and workers at large. This article attempts to explore the ways and measures to strengthen the management of cadres in the new period from the dual effects brought by the development of the socialist market economy.
