目的通过分析福州内河晋安河、白马河内的浮游藻类种类,明确两内河浮游藻类分布差异。方法分别在晋安河、白马河设立11个采集点采集水样66份,制作硅藻涂片,通过形态学分析浮游藻类种类。结果晋安河内冬、夏两季均检测到9个属硅藻门、3个属绿藻门及祼藻门裸藻属,而夏季还检测到其它3个属绿藻门。白马河冬、夏节均检测到10个属硅藻门,夏季检测到3个属绿藻门及裸藻门的裸藻属,而冬季仅检测到2个属的绿藻门。冬、夏两季晋安河和白马河水体中都以硅藻类占有较高比例。但硅藻类在冬季出现的频率高于夏季;而绿藻类及裸藻类夏季分布较冬季丰富。结论两内河浮游藻类存在一定的差异,晋安河水域浮游藻类较白马河水域分布更为丰富。
OBJECTIVE: To analyze the distribution of phytoplankton in the two rivers by analyzing the planktonic algae species in Jin River and Hakuba Hanoi, Fuzhou. Methods Sixty-six water samples were collected from 11 collection sites in Jin’an River and Baima River, respectively. Diatom smears were prepared and the phytoplankton species were analyzed by morphology. Results Nine species of the genus Bacillariophyta, three genus Chlorophyta and the genus Eucheuma were detected in winter and summer in Jin’an Hanoi, while the other three genus Chlorophyta were also detected in summer. In the winter and summer of Baima River, 10 species of diatoms were detected, 3 species of genus Chlorophyta and 5 species of Euglena were detected in summer, while only 2 genus of chlorophyta were detected in winter. Both winter and summer Jin’an River and Baima River water have a higher proportion of diatoms. However, the frequency of diatoms in winter is higher than that in summer, while the distribution of green algae and euglena is more abundant in summer than in winter. Conclusions There are some differences in the phytoplankton community between the two rivers, and the phytoplankton in the Jin’an River is more abundant than the Baima River.
